REGISTER NOW BECOME A PARTNERThe Agentic Stack: Architecting the Next Generation of Enterprise Intelligence
Overview
As AI-native enterprises begin to emerge across India, the role of the CIO is evolving from technology leader to orchestrator of intelligent systems. The 15th edition of the IDC India CIO Summit, taking place on 13–15 March 2026 in New Delhi, will explore how organizations are embracing the Agentic Stack — a layered architecture of intelligent agents that work autonomously across applications, infrastructure, and business processes to drive real-time decision-making, adaptability, and innovation.
According to IDC research, 72% of organizations in the region are already using or planning to adopt AI, while AI spending in India is forecast to exceed $3 billion in 2024, growing to nearly $7 billion by 2027. With 64% of enterprises investing in GenAI and 65% aiming to build custom AI systems, the shift from experimentation to enterprise-scale agentic automation is well underway. However, this transformation also brings new complexities around governance, security, trust, and integration.
Bringing together CIOs, technology leaders, global experts, and cutting-edge solution providers, the 2026 Summit will offer strategic guidance on how to architect and operationalize the Agentic Stack. Through keynote sessions, real-world use cases, and expert panels, the event will tackle critical topics such as GenAI orchestration, AI observability, digital trust, data pipelines, and AI-driven business agility — providing a blueprint for the next generation of digital enterprises.
